The Centre is fully compliant with the Disability Discrimination Act and has wheelchair access throughout. Facilities are available for the deaf. All patient information guides are available in braille, on disk and in large print if required.

Broad Street Health Centre is accessible for people with limited mobility, sensory impairment and is suitable for wheelchair access.
There are disabled parking bays on Level A of the Broad Street Mall car park. The route is level and flat from Level A to the GP surgery.

For those accessing the surgery from the ground floor of the Broad Street Mall there are lifts to access the first floor.
Disabled parking is available within the Broad Street Mall car park.

Loop system

Blind/partially sighted
If you or family members are blind or partially sighted we can give you a large print of our practice leaflet upon request. Please ask reception for further information.

Guide dogs
Guide dogs are welcome at the surgery but we ask that you be aware of other patients and staff who may have an allergy or fear of dogs.
